    1. How do I setup an on-line account for my monthly parking?

      To setup an on-line account to view your balance and parker records, as well as make on on-line payment via credit/debit card, click on the "My Account ... Sign In" to the right.  Complete the information on the "Create New Account" tab.

    2. How do I make payment on-line?
      You first need to setup an on-line account, then you can access your account information and make a payment.  We use the PayPal service so the payment process is very secure and you may use VISA and MasterCard to make your payment.

    4. How do I sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to pay for my monthly parking?
      If you are looking for a fast, convenient and worry free method of paying your monthly parking, then this is it.  Paying by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) saves you time and worry because your monthly parking is paid automatically for you each month.  To sign up for EFT, please select your lot number after clicking here.

      If you are looking for a fast, convenient and worry free method of paying your monthly parking, then this is it.  Paying by Automatic Credit Card Processing saves you time and worry because your monthly parking is paid automatically for you each month.  To sign up for Automatic Credit Card Processing, please select your lot number after clicking here.

    8. If I am going to send correspondence (email or voicemail), what information should I include?
      All correspondence whether written or verbal should contain the following information:
      • Name
      • Account Number (starting with 'P00')
      • Lot Number
      • A means to contact you (via phone, email or mail)
      • A description of your concern or request

       

    9. Do I need to display my hang tag?
      Yes. Every parker needs to have a current month's hanging monthly parking tag displayed when parking in a lot.  The hanging monthly parking tag is to be placed on your rearview mirror making it easily visible for the parking auditors to see.
       
    10. When will I get my bill?
      City Center Parking (CCP) and Parking Management Company (PMC) customers will receive their bill 5 to 10 days before the beginning of the month.
      U-Park customers will receive their bill 5 to 10 days before the beginning of the preceding parking month. For example, on May 22  you would receive your July invoice that is to be paid by June 20.
       
    11. When are payments due?
      For U-Park customers, all payments are due by the 20th day of the preceding parking month.
      For CCP and PMC customers, all payments are due on the 1st day of the month.  Delinquent charges may be assessed after the 10th day of the month.
       
    12. Where do I send my payments to and what do I need to include?
      You can mail your payments to:

      Please submit the bar coded portion of your monthly parking bill with your payment.  If you cannot return the bar coded portion, then please be sure to note your account number which starts with 'P00' and your lot number (which is on your hang tag in bold numbers) on your check or an enclosed piece of paper.  If you do not know your lot number, then please indicate the address of your lot.
       

    13. Can I pay at the lot?
      With a few exceptions (which are posted in the affected garages) we do accept payments at the lot. Please submit the bar coded portion of your monthly parking hang tag with your payment. If you cannot return the bar coded portion, then please include your account number and lot number with any payments. If you do not know your lot number, then please indicate the address of your lot. Also, always request a receipt for cash payments.
       
    14. Do I need my access card?
      Customers not utilizing their current monthly access card are subject to paying the current daily rate.
       
       
    15. What if I lose my access card?
      If you lose your access card, you should get it replaced immediately. You will incur a lost card fee equivalent to another card deposit. Please note, you are subject to pay any daily rates in your garage until you replace your gate card, regardless of whether you have paid for the month or not. You are required to have your gate card in order to maintain monthly parking privileges.
       
       
    16. How do I get my access card refund?
      If you are entitled to a gate card refund, we will begin the refund process once you return your card to our office. Your refund will be in the form of a check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your refund.
       
       
    17. Can I prorate my cancel as of any day of the month?
      No. All cancels are for the last day of the month.  There is no prorating for unused days.
